We enjoyed the hotel's location near family, but had a disappointing experience overall with cleanliness and service. The room was in poor condition, and we didn't feel welcomed during our stay.

Favourable location right by all the services, many restaurants, and Hartford, CT and outstandingly accommodating staff.

Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, awesome location in the middle of jackson. We truly enjoyed rooms with a king size bed. Location: the venue was right by a fitness center and a go-kart park and many restaurants and Connecticut.

if you want comfort, stay away from here- beds are nightmares and cleanliness is a distant dream

The pool was a nice escape after a long day 🌊 But the room had issues like unreliable AC and dirty corners. Definitely needs some updates.

The experience was disappointing overall. The room was not clean, with noticeable stains and an unpleasant smell. Despite being close to local attractions, the cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the stay.

I liked the clean room and comfortable bed. The warm pool was a nice surprise. Just beware, the exterior looks a bit rough.

Consider asking for a newly renovated room for a better experience, as some rooms appeared more worn than others .

The grilled fish at Sichuan Pepper left my taste buds dancing. Plus, the friendly staff added a dash of warmth to the overall vibe.

But, holy moly, the room was just not it! We checked in and bounced after realizing there was slippery mystery goo all over, and black mold? No thanks! The front desk said to call for a refund later, but guess what? That didn't even pan out.

The lobby had such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and I appreciated how accessible everything was for someone like me. The staff was genuinely friendly.

Good hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a snack bar. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a local taxi number, which I still remember. Friendly staff, too! I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

I had a great time exploring the Union Pond Park just a short walk away and indulging in delicious treats from Sichuan Pepper, only a few steps from my hotel, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

Basic Stay with Room for Improvement

During our two-night stay, we appreciated the comfortable beds and the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were cheerful and accommodating, made our check-in seamless.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend breather in Vernon with great value for money. The friendly staff made check-in smooth, a relief after a long day traveling. Bring your own toiletries to avoid any surprises.

The check-in process was surprisingly smooth and seamless, in fact, the receptionist was quite pleasant, and it felt almost genuine, unlike most places I've been to. I found my room relatively clean, a small but appreciated highlight in an otherwise bleak experience.

It wasn't exactly cheap for what we got, but I guess you get what you pay for. Or don't.
